Try It in the Field for 60 Days

We're confident you'll love your camera — so confident that we give you 60 days to actually use it. Mount it, connect it, run it through a real season of weather and wildlife. If it's not for you, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price. You pay only for return shipping.

No restocking fees. No "unopened box" fine print. Test it for real.

How to Return

1. Email support@yellowstone.ai within 60 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and that you'd like to return.

2. Get your RMA. We'll issue a return merchandise authorization and the return address. Please don't ship anything back without one — it's how we make sure your refund is processed quickly and credited to the right order.

3. Pack everything up. Include the camera and all included components and accessories — antenna, battery housing, straps, SD card, SIM card, and any solar panel or accessories you're returning. Original packaging is appreciated but not required.

4. Ship it back. Return shipping is at your cost, using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a tracked service; we can't refund returns that don't reach us.

Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund of the product purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of receipt. Your card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit.

Normal signs of field use are expected and fine — that's the point of the trial. We may reduce or decline a refund only if the product comes back damaged from misuse, or with components missing.

Data Plans

If you return your camera, we'll cancel the associated data plan at your request. Data plan fees for service already provided are not refunded, and any unused prepaid period on an annual plan is refunded on a prorated basis. Just mention your plan in your return email and we'll sort it out with your refund.

After 60 Days

Past the 60-day window, your purchase is covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty — which handles malfunctions, defects, and even animal and natural disaster damage for as long as you own the camera. See our Warranty for details.

Purchases from Amazon or Dealers

Returns for purchases made on Amazon follow Amazon's return process. Purchases from an authorized dealer should be returned to that dealer under their return policy. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Yellowstone.ai.
